The windows are glazed with styrene safety glazing, and created with storm resistant joinery to keep you nice and cosy inside if the weather takes an unexpected turn. Built from slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure will last through frequent use. Constructed on a sturdy 34mm square frame, clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards, and combined with an 8mm plywood roof, the Orchid is robust for long term use as an outbuilding. The timber arrives pre-treated with a honey brown preservative base coat, ready for you to paint or stain immediately after installation. This allows you to choose just the right colour to suit your space and to stand out from the crowd. Assembly: Fixings, green roof mineral felt, and assembly instructions are supplied. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. You should also make allowance for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
