With ground, very sharp cutting edges without bevel. Precision shaped tips cut wires resting on a board from Ø0.2mm. They have a shear cut with controlled micro cutting edge misalignment for the most precise cutting of even the thinnest of wires and for a long service life. The joint features a stainless steel rivet with extremely smooth movement for minimum operator fatigue. Fitted with multi-component grips, an opening spring and opening limiter. 78 03 140: Made from INOX tool steel, approx. 54 HRC cutting edge hardness 78 61 140: Made from special tool steel, oil hardened in multiple stages.
