The main applications for this tool are for precision placement on scribe marks, virtually splinter-free sawing of delicate surfaces and perpendicular plunge cuts. This adaptor can be attached to an extractor when carrying out sawing work indoors to catch large amounts of dust, with greater accuracy when using the positioning aid this makes it ideal for cut-outs in delicate materials.
