The DeWalt DCD444 is an 18v XR Cordless Stud and Joist Angle Drill featuring E-clutch system which shuts the tool down, if necessary, in a bind up situation for user safety. The 18v brushless motor maximises power, runtime and durability for improved performance. The DCD444 features an LED in the handle allowing work areas to be lit even when using large accessories as well as a knuckle guard which provides added protection to the user. Compared to the DCD470 the DCD444 is much lighter and more compact and suitable for Stud and Joist drilling in tight areas. The DCD444 weighs only 4.2kg, whereas the DCD470 weighs 7kg.
