Please note induction hobs heat up very quickly and can deliver extremely high temperatures which are often two or three times that of a typical gas hob. Do not use high or boost settings to heat oil or fat, these settings should only be used for boiling large quantities of water. Reduce the heat as soon as your preferred temperature is reached. We suggest lower heat settings are used as excessive heat will damage the pan and this may not be covered by your guarantee.
